“The main reason I am making music is because it is the best way to express how I feel. It is also a great way to connect with people, especially those in the audience. Sometimes I write a song with a certain theme just so I’ll be able to embody a character to play the part and it turns out to be a whole experience for me. I started getting into playing music because it is such a rush to do it and to write it and play it in front of an audience just amplifies that rush by 1,000… Sometimes I feel like I’m a lightning bolt.
